Grawlr was founded in 2025 in Estonia - a country at the heart of Northern Europe security and digital-first government ecosystem. Estonia has spent more than two decades hardening its critical infrastructure, building secure digital identity, and defending against nation-state cyber attacks.
That experience has influenced the way we think about security. We assume attacks will happen, design systems for continuous testing, and make robust security available to everyday organisations and businesses — not just governments and big tech.
Estonia is home to the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence, world-class incident response teams, and a dense network of cyber-security startups. Grawlr builds on this environment by combining:
